7. Failed Deliveries & Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is:

  • Unclaimed
  • Refused
  • Returned due to failed delivery attempts

You will be responsible for:

  • Re-shipping costs
  • Any additional handling fees

No refunds will be issued for unclaimed or refused deliveries.


8. Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple parcels depending on availability and logistics.


9. Delivery Confirmation

Once tracking confirms delivery:

  • The order is considered successfully delivered
